Sadie Downing (b.2001, Newcastle) is an artist living and working in Glasgow. Her practice explores the intermediary space between both performance and making. In 2023, she graduated from the Glasgow School of Art with a degree in Sculpture and Environmental Art. Sadie was shortlisted for the Batsford Prize 2022, a selected artist for RSA New Contemporaries 2024 and exhibited across Glasgow, Edinburgh and London.
